What personal data do we collect and why?

Tasks and lists

All task and list data you create in My Kanban is stored locally on your device. My Kanban does not transmit your task or list data to any Antair server.

My Kanban Premium subscribers may optionally enable iCloud sync. When enabled, your task and list data is synchronized through your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud and is governed by Apple's iCloud privacy terms. Antair does not have access to your iCloud data.

Usage, device, and performance data

We may collect operational data about the My Kanban application, such as crash logs and performance data. This data is collected by a third-party service (currently Bugsnag), and is used for purposes of determining causes of crashes and performance issues. The data collected may include general technical device specs and information pertaining to application performance, but does not include any personally-identifiable information, task titles, or task content.

Do we collect any personal data from minors?

We do not allow use of My Kanban by users under the age of 18. As such, we do not collect or store any personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@antair.com.

Will your personal data be shared?

Third-party service providers

We use third-party service providers to help us operate My Kanban. We will never share your personal data other than as described here without your explicit consent.

These third-party service providers help us operate My Kanban for purposes such as crash reporting and performance monitoring. We do not provide your data for alternate purposes, such as marketing or data mining, to anyone.

How do we store your personal data?

Your task and list data is stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud account, which is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

Operational data such as crash logs is retained only as long as necessary to diagnose and resolve issues.

What happens if we revise this privacy policy?

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, and for any reason. If we make any significant changes to the way we process or store your personal data, we will notify you via email or other notification mechanism.
